<B>1873-CC 25C Arrows--Damaged--ANACS. Fine 12 Details.</B></I> Although this piece has seen considerable circulation, and has some associated handling marks, the ANACS description is a bit strong, in our opinion. A couple of small and generally unobtrusive scrapes on the reverse are the only significant problems that we find on either side of this piece. The surfaces have mostly pale gold with some splashes light gray and pale blue toning. This is an important rarity that is seldom seen in any grade.
