<B>1873-CC<10C> Arrows--Damaged--ANACS. Fine 12 Details.</B></I> One of just 18,791 pieces coined, without the planchet porosity often found on examples of this issue. At one time, the 1873-CC Arrows was considered to be the key date of the series, aside from the unique 1873-CC No Arrows, though the 1874-CC Arrows has since risen to prominence. The rose-tinged pearl-gray surfaces have moderate to heavy wear, as well as dark patina at the left obverse periphery and the right obverse fields. Several thin depressions appear on the figure of Liberty, and long scratches are noted on both sides, but these have less effect on the eye appeal than one might think.<BR><I>From The Catfish Creek Collection, Part Two.</B></I>
