<B>1873<25C> Arrows PR65 PCGS.</B></I> Forest-green and rose-red endow the obverse, and the reverse displays peripheral bands of electric-blue and plum-russet. Well struck save for the right side star centers. A scant 540 proofs were struck, and an emission of 700 proofs in 1874 completed this scarce two-year proof type. Population: 13 in 65, 4 finer (9/06).
