<B>1873 25C Arrows PR64 ANACS.</B></I> A total of 540 proof specimens of the 1873 Arrows quarter were struck, of which approximately one-half are known today. Near-Gem examples, such as the coin in this lot, are somewhat scarce. Golden-tan color resides on the left portion of the obverse, and over most of the reverse center. Cobalt-blue and lavender occupy the right part of the obverse and the rim areas on both sides.
