<B>1872 $1 Indian Round 1 Dollar, BG-1207, R.4, MS62 PCGS.</B></I> A mildly prooflike green-gold example without relevant marks, although mint-made imperfections include a small obverse lamination at 10 o'clock. Among Period Two types, octagonal quarters are the most plentiful. Half dollars are scarcer than quarters, and dollars are decidedly scarcer than halves. Round dollars are the scarcest combination of shape and denomination, with only eight varieties recorded.
