<B>1871 Millard Fillmore Autograph Letter Signed</B></I> “<I>Millard Fillmore</B></I>”. One page, 6.5” x 7.75”, Buffalo, New York, April 19, 1871, in ink, to J. V. L. Pruyn. In this cover letter Millard Fillmore (1800-1874) presents a copy of the report of regents of the University of Buffalo. Fillmore, the 13th President of the United States, was the last member of the Whig party to hold that office. The paper remains clear and bright, bearing the usual fold creases, in near fine condition. <I>From the collection of Henry E.
