Liberty is seated facing left. She holds a Liberty pole with one hand while the other hand rests upon a globe inscribed LIBERTY. Two flags rise behind her, one of which bears 13 stars. The obverse border also has 13 stars. The reverse is from regular issue dies. Struck in copper with a reeded edge.
