<B>1870 H10C Half Dime, Judd-817, Pollock-906, High R.6, PR66 Brown PCGS.</B></I> William Barber's rendition of Seated Liberty is paired with a standard half dime reverse. Among other style differences, the shield is partly concealed behind Liberty's legs. Struck in copper with a reeded edge. Denomination sets of this pattern design were struck by the Mint for sale to well-placed numismatists.
