<B>1870 50C Standard Silver Half Dollar, Judd-945, Pollock-1073, Low R.7, PR62 PCGS.</B></I> Ex: H.W. Bass Jr. <B>This is the Pollock plate coin.</B></I> Standard Silver Design A: Liberty wears a cap with three stars as more fully described for Judd-696. A ribbon across Liberty's shoulder is inscribed LIBERTY. The denomination and date on the reverse are enclosed by a wreath of cotton and corn with STANDARD above. Struck in silver with a reeded edge.
