<B>1870<3CS> PR66 Cameo PCGS.</B></I> The magenta centers cede to iridescent blue and jade-green at the borders of this delectable piece. Despite the fairly deep toning, the contrast between the well-mirrored fields and the thickly frosted devices is sufficient to garner a Cameo designation from PCGS, a rarity for such a well-toned coin. Extensive perusal with a loupe reveals no evidence of contact. One of two so graded at PCGS, with none finer (9/06).
