<B>1870 $3 MS61 ICG.</B></I> The surfaces of this three dollar are lustrous yellow-gold, with considerable prooflikeness, and the design elements are well defined throughout. A small planchet lamination is seen on the obverse below the U in UNITED, and a few scattered, light abrasions and field chatter constitute the grade.
