<B>1870 25C Standard Silver Quarter, Judd-901, Pollock-1016, High R.6, PR66 NGC.</B></I> Standard Silver Design C: Liberty wears a headband inscribed LIBERTY with her hair tied in a bun as more fully described for Judd-708. The reverse carries the denomination and date inside a wreath of corn and cotton with STANDARD above. Struck in silver with a plain edge. Deep golden-lilac and cobalt-blue toning subdues the proof surfaces of this magnificent Gem.
