<B>1870 25C Standard Silver Quarter, Judd-900, Pollock-1015, R.5, PR64 NGC.</B></I> Ex: Farouk. Standard Silver Design C: Liberty wears a headband inscribed LIBERTY with her hair tied in a bun as more fully described for Judd-708. The reverse carries the denomination and date inside a wreath of corn and cotton with STANDARD above. Struck in silver with a reeded edge. This near-Gem proof is a splendid piece with bright silver surfaces and excellent contrast between deeply mirrored fields and fully lustrous devices.
