It is especially desirable due to the rarity of higher quality Mint State pieces. This Gem specimen displays magenta, cobalt-blue, and yellow-gold toning, and is devoid of disturbing marks. Sharp definition is apparent on the design elements, and both sides have exceptional contrast between the fields and devices. Remaining in the green-label PCGS holder from its certification several years ago, this Gem may benefit from a review by the grading service for the possibility of a cameo designation.
