<B>1869 $3 AU55 NGC.</B></I> This is a low-mintage issue that is difficult to find in any grade. The Philadelphia Mint only struck 2,500 business strikes as well as 25 proofs. Unlike many others, this piece has lustrous surfaces with little reflectivity. Both sides are extensively abraded, yet no individual marks immediately obvious.
