<B>1869 $1 Liberty Octagonal 1 Dollar, BG-1106, High R.4, MS64 PCGS.</B></I> BG-1106 is easy to attribute, since it is the only 1869-dated octagonal dollar variety. Die State I with a partial G present beneath the bust. The G represents the maker, Robert B. Gray & Co. An obviously prooflike near-Gem with slight central incompleteness of strike.
