<B>1868-S $10 AU55 NGC.</B></I> Luster dominates the borders of this important early S-mint Motto ten. Only lightly abraded for the AU55 level, and the strike is crisp on both major devices. A mere 13,500 pieces were struck, and examples survived only by chance, since nobody collected eagles by mintmark until the 20th century.
