<B>1868 H10C PR66 PCGS.</B></I> Attractive sky-blue, lilac, and gold patina graces this smooth Premium Gem. Well struck save for the small portion of the wreath opposite the left base of the seated Liberty. Just 600 proofs were struck, and perhaps half of those pieces still survive.
