<B>1868 5C Five Cents, Judd-632, Pollock-702, R.7, PR65 Red and Brown NGC.</B></I> The obverse closely resembles the contemporary three cent nickel, and the reverse has a prominent Roman numeral V within a wreath of oak and olive leaves. The wreath is topped by ornate scrollwork and a six-pointed star. Struck in copper with a plain edge. Richly toned in gold, powder-blue, and ruby-red colors.
