<B>1868 3CN PR66 Ultra Cameo NGC.</B></I> Wonderful black-and-white contrast between the fields and the frosty devices characterizes this breathtaking Premium Gem proof. A couple of wispy lint marks are noted on Liberty's cheek, but otherwise the surfaces are pristine and essentially as struck. On the obverse, the letters ICA of AMERICA display the so-called "Longacre doubling" (to use J.T. Stanton's term) found on some coins during this period.
