1868 1C One Cent, Judd-606, Pollock-671, Low R.7, PR65 Red and Brown NGC. This pattern cent has an obverse that is similar to the contemporary three cent nickel design, and a reverse with a large Roman numeral I in the center surrounded by a wreath. Struck in copper with a plain edge. The date is entered too high, and the second 8 is partly buried in Liberty's lower hair curls. Brightly mirrored in the fields with rich teal, sea-green, red, and brown patina. Softly struck in the center of the obverse and showing shallow roller marks on each side.

Shipping: Coins & Currency (view shipping information)
