<B>1868 1C One Cent, Judd-605, Pollock-670, R.5, PR64 NGC.</B></I> The obverse is similar to the adopted three cent nickel design, and a reverse with a large Roman numeral I in the center surrounded by a wreath. Struck in nickel with a plain edge. The obverse of this brilliant, near-Gem specimen is noticeably striated, as made.
