CAC.</B></I> The semikey status of the 1864 business strikes, with a mintage of only 464,000 pieces, exerts added pressure from series collectors on the few proofs available of this date. The present piece is among the finest handful certified, both technically and aesthetically. Ice-blue peripheries on both sides frame centers of stunning sunset-orange and magenta.
