<B>1867 S$1 MS62 PCGS.</B></I> The surfaces are deep cobalt-blue, with glints of orange and silver on the obverse. The 1867 business strike issue is particularly elusive in Mint State, especially in MS64 or finer. There are a few small abrasions noted on each side, all undistracting. The strike is moderate, neither weak nor bold, and the luster, fairly subdued by the deep patination, completes the grade assessment.
