<B>1867 5C Rays MS65 NGC.</B></I> A low mintage of 2,019,000 pieces identifies the 1867 Rays as a semi-key within the series. Its status as a two-year type further fuels demand. The present lustrous Gem displays light almond-gold toning, and is superior from a technical perspective. The strike is slightly soft, and the central left portion of the shield is bulged, as made from a sunken die.
