<B>1867 5C No Rays PR66 NGC.</B></I> The 1867 No Rays proof has an estimated mintage of 750 to 1100 pieces, according to Q. David Bowers (2006). The fields on this piece show nice depth of mirrored reflectivity. Multicolored orange-gold and powder-blue iridescence is easily seen on each side, along with a few tiny, light flyspecks.
