<B>1867 5C No Rays PR65 PCGS.</B></I> A hint of yellow-gold patina is seen over watery fields of limitless depth. It is reported that just 600 proofs were issued of this second year Shield nickel issue and first year of the No Rays type. These days the Gem population is skewed by the addition of the Cameo designation, but it is nevertheless a scarce proof issue as such.
