<B>1867 $3 MS62 NGC.</B></I> Bright yellow-gold surfaces exhibit partially prooflike fields and die polish lines, particularly in the protected areas, that are typically seen on this low mintage issue (2,600 business strikes). Excellent definition appears on the design elements. Light contact evenly scattered over both sides prevent a higher grade. Rare in Mint State; only 42 examples have been seen in Uncirculated grades by NGC and PCGS.
