<B>1867 $3 AU58 NGC.</B></I> The 2,600 coin mintage is nearly identical to 1864 and 1869, but the date is much harder to locate, and it is underrated in all grades. Both sides have subdued luster with traces of pink and orange toning. The fields are reflective near the devices. Minor surface marks can be seen with a glass, and microscopic die striations are noted on the reverse. Census: 41 in 58, 22 finer (6/07).<BR><BR><B>Coin Engraver:</B> James B.
