<B>1867 1C MS65 Red PCGS.</B></I> Only one finer Red example of this date has been certified by PCGS, and NGC has never graded a better one. This is an excellent candidate for the advanced Set Registry collector who may desire to improve his or her standing. It is a sharply struck piece with exquisite orange, lilac, and gold color on both sides. The surfaces are reminiscent of a higher grade piece, pristine with few marks of any type.
