1867-1885 John Rigby Percussion Revolver. Herein is a beautiful, in the original case with all original accessories, a John Rigby Percussion Revolver, Circa: 1867-1885. The quality of this set speaks for itself. The address on the top of the frame is ''Dublin''. Most of the fire blue still remains on the frame and the action is crisp and tight. John Rigby used the ''Tranter System'' of the single and double trigger operation for turning the percussion cylinder on his pistols. The case has a very interesting family crest emblem on the lid. It represents a human arm holding a dagger, alone with the initials ''JOC'' or ''LOC''. Researching the Crest would certainly be worthwhile historically. This beautiful cased John Rigby Percussion Revolver with all original accessories makes an excellent investment for the historical collector. Provenance from a respected family estate Philadelphia. Payment by Money Transfer Only.
