<B>1867 10C MS67 NGC.</B></I> A tiny, tiny mintage of 6,000 business strikes makes this Seated dime a key in the series, and desired in all grades. The present piece, however, is nearly the finest at either service, save for a single piece at NGC (1/07). Scattered pink, blue, and gold toning covers both sides, complementing considerable field-device contrast. Die polish lines are noted in the fields on both sides, but aside from a couple of thin marks in the fields, visible evidence of contact is essentially absent. A light clash mark is noted to the left of Liberty. A definite find for the Registry Set collector.
