1866-S H10C MS65 PCGS. A full complement of frosty luster is visible beneath deep gray, lilac, and gold toning with a lighter appearance on the reverse. This is a splendid Gem with nearly full design details on each side. Only 120,000 of these pieces were coined and nearly all entered circulation, thus the typical survivor is in low-grade. The existence of high-quality pieces is due mostly to the luck of survival, although a small number of pieces were included in a New York hoard that was discovered nearly 40 years ago. Population: 5 in 65, 3 finer (10/06).

Shipping: Coin/Currency (view shipping information)
