DESCRIPTION OF THE POSTER
<BR>
<BR>1.- TITLE. First comes the title printed on the poster. In movie posters, first it appears the Spanish title and then the original title of the film. When the poster is not Spanish, the country of origin is signaled.
<BR>
<BR>2.- YEAR OF PRINTING. Year in which the poster was printed. In movie posters the indicated date only concerns the year the film was filmed; the date on the poster (when available) may not, for different reasons, coincide with the date of the premiere of the film in its country. Unless “reposición” indication, movie posters correspond to the one of the premiere in Spain. When we are not sure about the exact year, the word CA is put behing the year. Example: 1950 CA.
<BR>
<BR>3.- SIZE. First in centimeters then in inches (estimated).
<BR>
<BR>4-. PRINTING PROCESS. LITHOGRAPHY or OFFSET. Spanish posters were generaly lithographed until the late “50’s”.
<BR>
<BR>5-. CONDITION OF THE POSTERS:
<BR>
<BR>A. Very fine. Minimum damage at edges. Fresh colors, excellent appearance.
<BR>
<BR>B. Good. Some damage at edges but never in main image, traces of folds. Fresh colors. Very good appearance.
<BR>
<BR>C. Fair. Some damage throughout. Colors slightly faded. Folds fairly visible. General appearance: average to good.
<BR>
<BR>NOTE: Posters ON LINEN (Entelado) are signaled.
<BR>
<BR>REMEMBER: Movie agencies sent folded posters to their clients. In consequence, unfolded posters are quite exceptional. Keep this in mind when you are buying.

<BR>SALE CONDITIONS:
<BR>
<BR>1st The starting price is the lowest at which a lot can be adjudicated. This price has to be understood as a reserve price, and it will not be decreased.
<BR>
<BR>2nd The total adjudication price will include 18% extra in concept of accessory expenses, plus shipping and/or insurance. The delivery of the articles adjudicated will be invoiced generically, whatsoever the circumstances of place of residence of the purchaser, INCLUDING VAT in compliance with the Specific Regime for used goods, works of art, antiques and collector’s items.

<BR>3rd If you are unable to attend the Auction personally, please send us your bid as soon as possible. Lots are not necessarily sold for the amount of your bid, but at the lowest possible price. For instance, it you bid EUROS 3.000 for a lot with a starting price of EUROS 1.000 and the highest bid below yours is EUROS 1.500 the lot will be adjudicated to you at EUROS 1.600.

<BR>4th Bids must be made in EUROS. Any bid in other currency will be changed in EUROS. The amount of the payments in other currency, will be subject to the daily Bank exchange rate. Bidding scale:

<BR>5th Payment for mail bidders is due upon receipt of invoice. Upon receipt of payment, we will despatch the material by mail at the buyer’s expense and risk, unless we have been instructed to do otherwise.

<BR>6th SOLER Y LLACH reserves the right to group together two or more lots in this Auction and to withdraw a lot or lots from this Auction at its discretion.
<BR>
<BR>7th The Auctioneer will regulate the bidding. In the event of any dispute, his decision is final.
<BR>
<BR>8th AUTHENTICITY. All lots sold through us are guaranteed to be genuine. Any claim in this respect must be brought to the attention of SOLER Y LLACH within 30 days of the auction date. The buyer loses all his rights on claims made later.
<BR>
<BR>9th The lots will be auctioned in their present condition, and no kind of claims will be accepted for restorations or damages even though the descriptions have been done very thoroughly, the buyers will have to make sure before the auction, that these descriptions correspond to their personal opinion about the lot.
<BR>
<BR>10th PAYMENT FACILITIES. The buyer may choose to pay 30% of the total value upon receipt of the invoice and the balance in six equal instalments over the following 6 balance months. SOLER Y LLACH will charge interest of 0,50% on the outstanding balance at the end of each month. The lots will remain in the possesion of SOLER Y LLACH until full settlement of the account.

<BR>The lots may be examined by the buyer in our offices within 30 days after the Auction date, after which he loses his right to claim according to our nr. 8 sale conditions.
<BR>
<BR>11th The awarded lots can be fetched in our office: C/ Beethoven 13, 08021 Barcelona, within 15 days after the auction.
<BR>
<BR>12th SOLER Y LLACH reserves the right of admission to the auction room as well as the right to refuse a bid order at this discretion.
<BR>
<BR>13th PROPERTY. Lots remain the property of the seller until full payment, including clearance of cheques and bills of exchange, has been received.
<BR>
<BR>14th The taking-part in the Auction implies the acceptance of the present conditions.
<BR>
<BR>15th Any legal proceedings concerning this Auction will be submited to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.
