<B>1866 Document With the Congressmen Signatures.</B></I> One page, 8” x 6.5”. A ledger-style document dated January 10, 1866 signed by several members of the United States House of Representatives. The most recognizable name on the list is that of Thaddeus Stevens but the signature appears to be not in his own hand.
