<B>1866 5C Rays PR64 PCGS.</B></I> Unquestionably a proof, as the reverse shows a prominent center dot and recutting along the upper left edge of 5. The obverse also displays a slightly less noticeable center dot. This near-Gem is well struck, with a light coating of greenish-gray toning over both sides, and blemish-free surfaces.
