<B>1866<5C> Rays PR64 NGC.</B></I> Iridescent golden-brown and steel-blue colors grace this crisply struck and seemingly conservatively graded specimen. Both sides seem free of hairlines or contact marks. Several of the stars on the reverse are repunched, and the upright of the denominational 5 is recut.
