<B>1866 5C Rays PR64 Cameo NGC.</B></I> The Rays type was struck for only two years, and since the proof 1867 Rays is a famous rarity, proof type demand is focused on the 1866, which has a low mintage of 600+ pieces. This brilliant specimen has a good strike with only slight central incompleteness. Faintly granular on the obverse near 3 o'clock and on the upper left reverse.
