<B>1866 5C Rays MS65 PCGS.</B></I> Warm golden-gray patination bathes lustrous surfaces that appear to reveal an above-average strike for this With Rays issue. Most of the design elements are well brought up, except for minor softness in the horizontal stripes and on some of the rays.
