<B>1866 3CN PR65 PCGS.</B></I> The number of proofs minted for this first-year issue is unrecorded, although Breen and the <I>Guide Book</B></I> estimate 400+ and 500+, respectively. This example offers lovely yellow, gold, blue, and purple toning on the obverse; the reverse is tinged with gold.
