<B>1866 2C PR65 Red Cameo PCGS.</B></I> From a proof mintage of 725 pieces, with few Gem survivors from that mintage. The lightly frosted motifs and deeply mirrored fields present a pleasing cameo contrast. Examination under low magnification reveals some faint speckling, but it is far from unpleasant.
