<B>1865 1C PR64 Red Cameo PCGS.</B></I> This is a scarce proof Indian cent issue with an original mintage of "500+" pieces, according to the <I>Guide Book</B></I>. This near-Gem specimen exhibits vivid red-gold toning on the obverse that turns to intense fire-red coloration on the reverse. Two or three minor carbon specks are noted on the obverse, preventing a Gem grade, but appealing Cameo contrast is observed on both sides.
