<B>1864-S 25C AU58 NGC.</B></I> In a series replete with rarities, the '64-S stands out as one of the most difficult S-mint Seated Quarters to locate in all grades. The evenly toned, dusky, golden-gray surfaces display nice residual luster, and present rather well for the grade. There are no sizeable abrasions and the devices retain crisp definition. One of a mere 20,000 pieces produced.
