<B>1864 H10C PR66 NGC.</B></I> The sides of this Premium Gem seem to tell the tale of two proofs. The sharply struck obverse has deep blue-green, violet, and gold toning that all but obscures the mirrors, while the reverse has high reflectivity and is untoned save for a sliver of amber-gold at the left periphery. Only 470 proofs were coined.
