<B>1864 H10C PR65 Deep Cameo NGC.</B></I> Proof half dimes of 1864 are more elusive than the 470-piece mintage might suggest, and in Deep Cameo they are extremely rare. NGC and PCGS have each certified a solitary 1864 proof in this classification! White-on-black contrast greets the observer of this Gem proof specimen. Crisp definition is displayed on the motifs, and untoned surfaces have been well cared for. A small planchet defect is visible in the rock above the 4 in the date.
