<B>1864 H10C Half Dime, Judd-378, Pollock-446, R.7, PR65 Red and Brown PCGS.</B></I> Regular issue die trial. Struck in copper with a reeded edge. As pointed out on the USPatterns.com website, this die trial is struck from an obverse die with the broken D in UNITED and may be a backdated novodel. Fully struck, the surfaces show a significant amount of original red luster with a light overlay of purple-rose and splendid preservation.
