<Our item number 140922><B>1864 Civil War Broadside Asks Recruits To Pay Town&#39;s Deficit.</B> Civil War recruiting notice, town of Malden, MA requiring each recruit to pay &#36;3.00, 6 x 9 in., 30 Dec. 1864. Signed in print by A.F. Sargent, Treasurer, printed by J.W.
