Metaphorical illustration depicting George McClellan standing on the Chicago Platform supported by the Devil, Jefferson Davis, Vallandigham, and Wood. At the left, a Union soldier advises him to repudiate the platform, while at the right, an Irish thug, labeled "Peace Democrat", threatens anyone who stands in McClellan's way. Bears O.
