<B>1864 2C Large Motto PR65 Red NGC.</B></I> Modestly reflective with pinpoint sharpness over the major devices. The surfaces exhibit a uniform golden-tan coloration with delicate lilac overtones. Undeniably scarce in Gem Red condition and an important first year representative as such, although its estimated mintage of 100 proofs is likely to be on the low side by at least 50 percent.
