<B>1864 25C Quarter Dollar, Judd-384, Pollock-452, Low R.7, PR63 PCGS.</B></I> A regular Seated quarter obverse is paired with a reverse that depicts a perched eagle with outstretched wings holding an olive sprig and three long, slender arrows in its claws. The reverse design is attributed to Paquet. Struck in silver with a reeded edge. Both sides are layered in intermingled blue, violet, and orange-gold iridescence.
